Audited changes

Private releaseEditorial details, artwork, artist image, dates, ordering, and lyrics can be corrected before publication; Studio review runs again.

Published releaseEditorial corrections use a reviewed revision. Audio, lyrics, or AI-origin changes create a new track version instead of silently replacing history.

Locked audit recordSource fingerprints, rights and adult attestations, and creation-disclosure history are preserved. Provenance corrections require a reason and review.
